I accept payments via Paypal, if you not a member of Paypal you can still use your credit card through Paypal to use this option without need to be a member of Paypal. For Switzerland residents, I accept payment via La Poste, please contact me for more details, thank you:)
All payments must be made within 3 days of the purchases.

Shipping
I ship to the address entered here, so please make sure your address is correct and up to date! :) I ship worldwide, as long as the postman can reach your place. I will ship your order within 10 working days after the purchased by Swiss Post. The Delivery Time within Switzerland is 2 to 5 days from the shipped date. Estimate Delivery Time to Europe up to 10 days from the shipped date. Estimate Delivery Time To USA, Canada, Austalia and NZ between 1 to 3 weeks from the shipped date. Estimate Delivery Time To The Rest of The world is within 1 to 4 weeks.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchased, please notify me within 3 working days after you have received the item. I will replace your item or you will get a full refund of the bag, if it is sent back unused and in original condition. The shipping cost is NOT refundable. Return shipping cost is your responsibility.

There is NO REFUND for CUSTOM MADE, I made the bags based by your specifications, and there is an extra effort to make it for you, so I will not take it back or refund your money, thank you for your understanding.

I choose my fabrics carefully, I made sure that I know where the fabrics origins came from and how the fabrics been treated before it arrived in front of me. I only use high quality fabrics sourced locally here in Switzerland and also from all over the world. Every bag I made is special and only my bags carry the Ira Grant tag, made in Switzerland. Please make sure you have the original Ira Grant handmade bag.
